I read some reviews online before, and many people said that they were not satisfied with this one-day tour. Either the tour guide kept selling things, or the time to see the attractions was very rushed. I also joined this one-day tour with a nervous mood. Fortunately, the tour guide AYA and the driver we met were very, very nice! They introduced a lot of Japanese knowledge and culture along the way, and the atmosphere was very lively. The tour guide AYA さん took the initiative to help everyone take pictures when they arrived at the scenic spot. He was smiling and very kind. He kept reminding everyone to be careful of the slippery road. He would get off the car first, and then help everyone get off one by one. It was really not easy in the cold weather. I give you a thumbs up 👍🏻 On the way back, we encountered a blizzard and the highway was closed. The driver had rich experience driving in the snow. From 8 am to 8 pm, he sent everyone back safely and accurately. Thank you very much for letting us spend a wonderful day in Japan!

From the zoo to the waterfall to the Blue Pond to the famous Christmas tree, our tour guide Vivian was very warm and thoughtful. She provided bilingual services in Chinese and English, and took photos of every tourist on the bus, always finding the best shooting spots!

The experience was really very, very good 👍The tour guide Simon was very responsible, he introduced a lot and helped to book restaurants in Sapporo, and the driver Brother Liu was also highly praised. We encountered 20 consecutive collisions in front of us from Sapporo to Asahikawa, and the road was blocked. All the cars behind us turned back. As a result, because of Brother Liu's superb driving skills and very coincidental time, we arrived in Asahikawa very smoothly and played all the attractions. Great 👍👍👍

fun journey and distance trip to zoo which is worth it and less hassle, our guide Zhang Yi Wen is very friendly and energetic, she explained very detail and helped alot. Just too bad some itinerary for Ningle Terrace has to change but still worth it

Highly recommended. This is a very convenient direct bus from airport. There will be a guide started from thier counter at airport until you and your luggages are boarded the bus safely. Very experienced and skilled driver who will send you to your destination safely on snowy roads. 👍🏼

A very happy day! The tour guide Simon (Xiaoying) and the driver Brother Liu are both very kind and professional. The driver Brother Liu is very experienced and can handle the heavy snow. The climate is still very stable for driving. It is highly recommended for travelers who want to visit many scenic spots but have inconvenient public transportation. On the way there, we encountered traffic jams and heavy snowfall, but we still saw all the scenic spots. I was very lucky. If the weather in winter is bad, I would have to Be prepared not to be able to go to subsequent attractions. Personally, I like the Asahiyama Zoo and the Christmas tree the most. They are very beautiful. The Elf Terrace is also easy to take pictures of. You can see a vast white snow scene at Shikisai Hill, which is very special.
