Excellent customer service! elevators are sanitized every hour. there's a UV air purifier in the room. comfortable bed. has nice bathroom with bathtub. Polite staff. value-for-money buffet breakfast. Great for travelers with small kids.

Everything is good. This is my second time staying here. It's comfortable. It's easy and convenient. The hotel entrance is easy to see and not difficult.

Didn't expect much from the hotel. When we arrived, I ask the staff if we can be given a room in a higher floor with a good view of Victoria Harbor. They told us that rooms are still bein prepped up and to go back after 2PM. When we returned, Lo and behold, they gave us a room at 32nd floor and with a great view of the harbor from the Sheung Wan side. Overall, a great stay with a good buffett breakfast! Will come back again.

stayed here for 3 days. staff very friendly and well spoken. hotel is clean with good amenities. linked to tsim sha tsui MTR and near to avenue of stars. Near big shopping malls such as harbour city and K11 art/K11 musea. many food places around the hotel. hotel lobby very nice.
