The best hostel I've ever stayed in, super clean and warm. Kanasan will take care of every guest very attentively and help us confirm restaurants, facilities and various routes! We chose a double room with a tatami room, but the bed was super comfortable, and there was an electric blanket on the table in the room! The guests inside are also very friendly. Highly recommended!

This place is incredible. The buffet for breakfast and dinner are amazing. Everyone there is so kind, the service is the best I’ve ever had. A great way to relax and unwind after a long week.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Indigo Hotel Hakone. The staff were friendly and warm, the hot springs were very clean and had a jacuzzi too, and I loved that all rooms had their own balcony with baths. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I get the chance.

Although Google Maps shows that it is an 8-minute walk from Gora Station, there are steep slopes on the road, and it is very tiring to carry a large luggage to the hotel. The hotel does not provide any shuttle service, but it provides an open-air private bath for free (19:00-23:00, half an hour each time), which is very large and healing. It is recommended to check in early to make an appointment for the desired time.
