Renting a kimono (or yukata in summer) in Japan was a truly memorable and authentic cultural experience! The rental process was seamless, with a wide variety of beautiful designs and colors to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with the proper selection based on my preferences and ensuring the kimono was worn correctly and comfortably. Walking through traditional streets, temples, and shrines while dressed in a kimono made the experience feel so immersive and special. Many rental shops also offered hairstyling services, which completed the look perfectly. It was also surprisingly affordable for such a unique experience. I highly recommend kimono or yukata rental to anyone visiting Japan—it’s a wonderful way to connect with the culture and capture amazing photos!

The store is pretty easy to find, their hospitality and service is phenomenal esp i'm pregnant. Very gentle when they put my kimono on. They actually settled everything for me. metro exit 5, right side and walk till the t junction. its the corner building. we abit lost as the google did not bring us to the right place. but we still make it with Navi app. they speak chinese and english so no problem with communicating. you may add on for better choices but we are good with the package.

Wandering through time, exploring Japan in a traditional way. I'm captivated by its beauty and rich culture. If you’re visiting Asakusa, I can’t recommend Kimono Miyabi enough—it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss!

adequate choice of kimono. There are obi acessories and some hair style option that need extra payment( not expensive). The only problem is the store is really hard to locate, it is in the 4th floor of ordinary building, they only provided a very small signage.

meant to be a family photoshoot for 4, so topped up for the additional 2 pax on site. photographer is very friendly and would look for various scenic spots as well as recommend the various poses. Received the digital photo via Google folder link the next day for future selection of 10 photo for editing. Photo taken are fabulous, love it!

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were kind and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout. The hairstyling was fantastic and complemented the kimono beautifully. The 1-hour photoshoot was well-organized and allowed us to capture unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and memorable experience!

Great experience. The ladies were organized and helpful in terms of options. They dress you up and also do your hair. The hair accessories, footwear, and a small bag are also included in this package.
