The day tour to Taichung, Miyahara, and Gaomei Wetlands was an incredible experience from start to finish! 🌿🌅 It was a long drive from Taipei but our guide Kent was very informative and entertaining.
This tour is perfect for anyone looking to combine culture, history, and nature in one unforgettable day. Highly recommended for travelers wanting to explore a different side of Taiwan!

We had a cozy and enjoyable rainy day adventure in Taichung, starting with a hearty lunch at 福来旺. The comforting local dishes were perfect for the weather. Despite the rain, the Zhongshe Flower Market still offered beautiful, misty views of the flower fields, making for some unique, atmospheric photos. Afterward, we visited Miyahara, enjoying the delicious ice cream and the stunning interior of the building. Lastly, we headed to Gaomei Wetland,where the rain added a mystical touch to the landscape. The sight of the wind turbines against the misty backdrop was a calming end to the day. Overall, we enjoyed the trip with our kid and very big thank you to Eric and the Driver. We would go with R day tour again for another trip due to the high quality service provided and the very comfortable bus.

We enjoyed this day tour to Taichung where we get to see a glimpse of central Taiwan. Our guide, Mr. David Harn fascinated us with stories of his travel adventures and gave us useful information about Taiwan. We even stopped at Chun Sui Tang - considered birthplace of boba milk tea. Kudos! 👍

Experience was really fun. As we went in January, which is off peak for the park, there were many parts of the park that was under maintenance. Hence, the gravity ride was also closed which was really sad. Nonetheless, we enjoyed ourselves! There’s also a karting arena nearby for individuals who’d like to try, so might be good to check it out and see if you can pre book that activity as well.

Kent was our guide. He was very attentive , reliable. We were taken to Zhong He Gardens, then to the Taichung National theatre, Miyahara ice cream shop. We had lunch at a J&G chicken shop. Then we visited the Rainbow Village and saw the sunset at the Gaomei Wetlands park. Then we were brought back to Taipei main station. A day well spent. Highly recommended.

good tour with our tour guide emma. it is a relax tour but quite far. meet up point is very accessible. this tour really gave us time to take time and enjoy the place. it’s just a little pricey compared to other tours here in klook.
