Really enjoyed our tour to see the Maeklong Railway and Amphawa Floating market. To be honest, I was a bit reluctant to book this one as I was expecting it would be a typical mediocre group tour experience where the tour guide is just going through the motions and is just trying to make it to the end of the day so they could go home. But I did not feel that at all here, and this was actually quite a fun and unique tour. Yes, these places do attract a ton of foreign (and sometimes pushy) tourists, cause everyone wants to see these famous attractions, but that's true of many places in Thailand, and I didn't think it was too terrible so long as you set your expectations accordingly. I thought the tour struck a good balance and distribution of time spent in a variety of places, and overall was a great value for what you get. I also really appreciated Jack as a guide - he was friendly, funny, guided us through some local traditions that we each got to do ourselves, gave us background information and context on the places we visited, and I felt he was good about periodically checking in on everyone in our group throughout the tour to make sure everyone was doing well. He was a very attentive guide, and I felt he significantly contributed to a wonderful experience.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days in Bangkok, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the city's vibrant energy and warm hospitality captured my heart. On my first evening, I visited the iconic Erawan Shrine, where the calming atmosphere provided a perfect start to my trip. Later, I explored CentralWorld and Siam Paragon, both offering an incredible blend of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The bustling night market I visited afterward was the cherry on top, with its lively stalls, delicious street food, and unique souvenirs. The following day, my visit to Maeklong Railway Market was nothing short of magical. Witnessing the train pass through the market was an extraordinary sight. I also explored a serene temple, immersing myself in Bangkok's rich cultural heritage. By nightfall, Chinatown came alive with its vibrant streets, delectable food, and fascinating sights. It was a feast for both my eyes and taste buds! On my last full day, I ventured to a floating market, which was an experience like no other. Gliding through the waterways, surrounded by colorful boats selling everything from fruits to handicrafts, felt like stepping into another world. Throughout the trip, I was impressed by how Bangkok seamlessly blends tradition and modernity. Every moment was a sensory delight, whether it was savoring local delicacies, marveling at historic landmarks, or enjoying the city's lively atmosphere. This trip left me with beautiful memories, and I can’t wait to return and explore even more of this incredible city. Bangkok truly has something for everyone, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure!
