Great room view. Quick checked in. Spacious of the room still acceptable. Room was clean. Parking also not a problem. Breakfast also acceptable.

the staff are very assistive. the loft was okay though cleaning is made by request and not automatic daily. its good for people who spend more time partying than touring. 10min walk to the closest mrt bukit bintang stn. you can walk to pavillion mall. no toiletries and coffee or tea. the long table outside the hall acts like a workplace.

I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the modern amenities that made my stay extra relaxing. One minor note is that the breakfast options could be expanded, but what was offered was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, Santa Grand Hotel delivered a pleasant stay with great value, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting KL.
