Jia Nan, our chinese-speaking guide, was excellent. She provided detailed explanation of the history and geographical features of Hakone and Mt Fuji. She assisted in pre-arranging tickets and meals so that we minimize waiting times. The itinerary felt a bit rushed, but that was understandable as we need to cover multiple destinations within the day. Highly recommended!

It’s cheaper than buying tickets on site, and the exchange is very convenient. You can enter the venue directly without queuing to exchange tickets. After entering, the staff will take a free photo for you as a souvenir.
