Nothing but excellent. luxurious indeed from rooms to bathrooms to food, service and tours. Choose Pioneers II for the best experience. (had our own private transfer)

Pick up at hotel was fuss free. Lunch on board sumptuous, halong bay is pretty. Tour guide is also knowledgeable

It was really an unforgettable journey. It lasted almost 24 hours for 2 days and 1 night, and I experienced various different styles of Halong Bay! A trip worth recommending!

Halong Bay was very beautiful and I was very satisfied to be able to see such a wonderful view at such a low price. There are many people of various nationalities and many people traveling alone, so I think you can make friends depending on your initiative! It was a really fun and wonderful experience.

a must visit place. you can either choose set meal or buffet, i think the food is similar. but saw people who is having set meal taking food from the buffet line. the food is ok. drinks not included. transport is fine, stopover twice for toilet break.

The sights are breathtaking! The limestone formations are such a wonder to behold, not to mention the pristine emerald-colored watets. To top it all - the food, from breakfast to lunch was superb with a wide array of dishes to choose from. Great value for your money!

The Ha Long Bay tour was fantastic! The scenic views were breathtaking, and the guide provided engaging commentary throughout the trip. The boat was comfortable, and the meals served were excellent. Everything was well-organized, making for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!
