The day before I ended my self-guided trip to Bali, I didn’t have any itinerary, so I just wanted to relax and rest, so I booked a 3-hour treatment at this hotel. I can only say it’s really great. The atmosphere inside the store, the professionalism and service attitude of the staff. I like it very much. Before the treatment, the service staff will give you a piece of information to fill in, such as where to strengthen and strength, and you can choose your favorite essential oils. It also has a Chinese interface so you can understand it at a glance. After the treatment, the store provides tea and snacks, and there are displays on site. We sell some body lotions, essential oils, massage oils and hand creams. Those who like them can try out the products on site.

this spa was recommended by my tour driver and told me this spa won several awards in Indonesia. got curious so I took a package in Klook. I got the 180 mins "for her spa". as soon as I arrived, the receptionist already assisted me and handed me welcome team, cold towel (probably because it is summer), and info sheet. I love how this spa is asking you which particular problem areas you may have so this makes their service top notch and personalized. i was given an entire room all for myself and with complete amenities (jacuzzi, hair spa and wash bin, seating area, etc). My therapist Agung was so friendly and she really took care of the entire package from scrub, balinese massage until hair spa. this is so far my BEST SPA EXPERIENCE ever.

Melah Spa was a tranquil and enjoyable experience. Located on the rooftop of a hotel, it is quiet and secluded. The staff are friendly, warm and skilled at their profession. The spa is well-equipped, bespoke and very comfortable. A brilliant and serene experience.

Welcome at reception with ginger tea and flowers and after service as well. We are couples went for massage. Excellent package through klook Foot massage 5 minutes, Balinese massage 1 hr, 1/2hr, scrub & followed by 20 minutes flower 🌸 bath. Highly recommended for real unique Balinese experience & Hospitality

The location of the venue is a bit hidden. You need to navigate to the jimbaran grand ballroom. Yes, you read that right, the entrance of Hua Spa is right next to it. The technicians are very sophisticated and did not cut corners. I ordered a men's energy package and pressed 2 of them. Hours, you can also take a shower, and then happily board the plane to sleep, perfect 😍

It is highly recommended to everyone who has elders and children at home. You can also take a shower directly at home afterward. It is very convenient for them to arrive on time for massage.

This spa shop is a true gem! I've enjoyed their aromatherapy massage, flower bubble bath, and hair massage. Each treatment is top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail is remarkable. A five-star experience!
