The hotel room is large and clean, and the hotel provides a variety of rental services. You can place an order on the TV in the room. The hotel staff will deliver it to the room next to the reception desk to provide a 24-hour self-service drink machine. There is also a hot and cold water machine in the room. In summary, I am very satisfied with everything. !

Love the location of the hotel. Easy access to the subway, stores and park. Love the amenities as well Free coffee, back and foot massager was even provided in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall great experience, but there is one issue worth mentioning. The hotel is located in a charming building, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions. However, there's a significant drawback—before reaching the lobby, you have to navigate a set of stairs, which can be quite challenging if you have multiple pieces of luggage. This was a bit of a hassle for us, especially when arriving with heavy bags. It would have been much more convenient if there were an elevator or an easier way to access the lobby. Despite this, everything else about the hotel was fantastic, and I would still recommend it for those who don't mind a bit of extra effort when arriving. It’s a minor inconvenience that didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

Located near sakae station. Lots of nearby store to shop to. Bed are big that almost took up the whole room space.

Near fushimi station which is 1 stop away from nagoya station. There are a lot of convenience store nearby. Has a water dispenser on each room.

It’s great to meet counter staff who speak the same language and can talk directly without translation. When bringing children, they even offer an extra set of bathroom supplies. The room is clean and tidy, and it’s very comfortable to stay.
