“Warren: The Great Ocean Road’s MVP!” Our Great Ocean Road tour with Warren was nothing short of incredible. The breathtaking views, the wildlife encounters, and—most importantly—Warren himself made this experience unforgettable. What really stood out were Warren’s thoughtful personal touches. Not only did he treat us to extra stops to see kangaroos and koalas in the wild (a true highlight!), but he also surprised us with little out-of-pocket goodies along the way. Whether it was snacks or an extra bit of trivia, Warren went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt special. The most touching moment? When Warren found out my fiancé and I are getting married, he made a point to congratulate us with a warm acknowledgment that felt genuinely heartfelt. It’s not every day your guide turns into your personal cheerleader, and it added such a beautiful layer of joy to an already magical day. Warren’s passion for what he does, paired with his kindness and humor, made this tour one for the books. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Wine Hop and Coastal Tours Melbourne—especially if Warren’s in the driver’s seat. Thanks for making our trip (and engagement period) so memorable, Warren! You’re the real MVP.

Warren is wonderful driver and guide. Can see his passion in explaining about the destination. He took effort to find wild Kangaroos and Koalas. Even prepared small treats for all of us. The destinations are good. However the weather was too cold and wind was very strong in Twelve Apostle, making it less enjoyable. instead, I enjoyed Loch Ard Gorge and Mait Rest Rainforest. Recommended for anyone who wants to visit Great Ocean Road.

Highly recommended. The scenery of the Great Ocean Road is really beautiful. It is not as scary as imagined. The fear only lasts for a few seconds when you jump. After opening the umbrella, it feels like you are floating! (I sincerely recommend not to read below)

I enjoyed the trip. The itinerary was eventful. The trip is converse in mandarin which is what I preferred and why I signed up for. the trip is really focusing on all the scenery, but food is not well organized as they don’t really have option for food. The bus was on time for pick up as well. overall the experience is great.
