This trip was very happy, the scenery was beautiful, and the tour guide Onodera was also very enthusiastic and professional. He explained a lot about the humanities in Japan, which was very detailed. He also helped recommend a restaurant, which I highly recommend. I will book this restaurant in the future!

tour was well organised, it was great that the seats were pre allocated too. limited time for each stop as such good to prepare some food to eat along the way and spend time on sightseeing instead. our guide Lisa was awesome she can speak english and Chinese, she is friendly, provides good recommendations and also ensures everyone kept to the schedule. highly recommended day trip from Sapporo.

The sceneries were great and our guide Alex was very informative and kind. The tour was very organized and on time. Don’t book on Sunday though, restaurants are closed. All in all, it was a great experience. Hokkaido is very nice place.

Tour guide Lisa was the best we have ever met. She was very caring and attentive, we could feel she worked with passion. We initially booked with another operator who rejected us to get into the van due to their error to pick us at the wrong location. We were blessed to rebook this similar tour with this operator with Lisa as our tour guide. Lisa knew her work well and fed us some useful information. Trip was well planned and very well organized. Smooth journey for the whole trip. Strongly recommended.

Very nice travel with bus in snow to the mountain area, Ms Li is a experienced and very kind coach for us, thanks her for her kindness and careful character. although the trips are kinda rush for each spot but it is understandable due to the mountain road travel, it would be not easy to travel on your own in one day. Thanks Ms Li and the experienced driver in such weather!
