Recommended tour guide Xiao Pan! Before the trip, we specially contacted the precautions for gathering on the next day. We will create atmosphere along the way and explain the culture of the attractions. You will not have the feeling of being let go after getting on the bus to rest and getting off the attractions! We will also assist in taking photos and interpreting explanations! The whole shopping experience was very good👍🏻

The itinerary is compact and well-organized. You can go to multiple scenic spots to enjoy the scenery without being too strenuous, and you can also stay in Furano.

I went on an Indigo Travel Biei day tour for my family trip to Sapporo~ I feel proud and fulfilled because I saw everything I needed to see from morning to night, ate everything I needed to eat, and even took pictures! In particular, there was a sledding experience course among the tour courses, and it was a course that was different from other travel agencies!! My mom said she was so excited that she rode it 10 times... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ And I was worried that the waiting time would be longer than the sightseeing time because there were so many people, but our guide, Tochi, managed our time well and we were able to quickly and smoothly enjoy the trip when there weren't many people. And I think it would be good to do the tour at the beginning of your trip to Sapporo if possible. The information you gave us, such as discount coupons for delicious restaurants and souvenirs, was very helpful. Guide Tochi, thank you for working hard in the cold weather all day long^^

Our tour guide Tracy is a treasure (5🌟), enthusiastic and humorous. Not only did she bring a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, but she also explained every stop in detail. The penguin walk in the zoo is really worth seeing. The little penguins are so cute when they waddle! Snowmobiling is also a great experience. The Ningle Terrace at the end is like a dream, but the time is a little tight, but it still has its charming charm. The whole trip is very rich and fun, and the overall experience is great. I really recommend it!

The tour guide was very considerate and would help us take photos and buy lunch for us to eat in the car to save time. We were lucky enough to see the newly opened penguins at Asahiyama Zoo, and they were all adorable! The only drawback is that the trip time is relatively short, but the travel agency has tried its best to arrange it.

Grace (the guide) was very dedicated, detailed and helpful. We even did the snowmobile! The coach driver was very professional and kept all of us safe as we travelled across the wintery roads. Thank you for the awesome experience!
