It was a worthwhile trip compared to planning your own trip by train or driving, which is very dangerous in this season. Time may be a bit tight, but it was worth it for a day. Leo, our guide, was very nice, helpful, explained everything in detail, spoke Japanese, English and Chinese, and also recommended many places to visit in Hokkaido and many foods that you should try.

I had an amazing experience during the tour, thanks to our incredible guide, Mr. Joe Lee Chak! His professionalism and passion for his work truly stood out. He was extremely informative, providing us with fascinating details about every destination we visited. What impressed me the most was how much he genuinely cared for us, the passengers. Mr. Lee ensured our comfort and safety throughout the journey, going above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. He even made sure we were always the first to arrive at the most popular spots, which allowed us to enjoy the best views and take pictures with less crowds. It felt like a VIP experience! I highly recommend this tour and Mr. Joe Lee Chak as your guide. His dedication and attention to detail made this trip unforgettable. Thank you, Mr. Lee, for your hard work and for making this such a memorable experience!

Tour guide Chen was super responsible and the whole trip experience was very good. Although the drive was tiring, she kept sharing little knowledge about Japan with us. We will come back to Hokkaido again in the future.
