we were late for the tour as our bus got stuck in traffic but guide was patient and responsive and waited for us . exploring Rome at night is a totally different and unique experience, highly recommended

The ticket will say Passageway 1/2/3, just find the corresponding sign and queue up! If you arrange it on the wrong side, you have to sort it out again! In addition, Genesis is right above the Sistine Chapel, in the same room as the Last Judgment. You need to look for it.

highly recommended to book your tickets and skip the long queue, and go to fast moving queue. definitely worth visiting the vatican museum and sistine chapel.
