our guide is Kari, Taiwanese lady married into SK. She’s the best guide we have ever encountered: amiable, helpful, provided detailed explanation of history of gyeongju & Korea which many local guides paled in comparison (from our experience from other local tours), recommendation on local delights and offering explanation on why the winter tour is shorter than those in summer etc. . She simply went the extra mile to ensure all of us are well cared of and we have a good understanding of the places we visit. There’s hardly any guide who’s like her these days! Thank you Kari, for making our trip to Gyeongju such a wonderful experience!

Our Busan day trip was an absolute highlight of our South Korea adventure! It was a well-organized, fun, and highly informative experience. Despite the limited time, we managed to visit most of Busan’s iconic attractions in just one day. However, we couldn’t help but feel that the trip left us wanting more—there’s so much of Busan left to explore. This only means we’ll undoubtedly return and book more trips with them in the future! What truly made this trip unforgettable was our incredible tour guide. He didn’t feel like just a guide but quickly became our friend, making the experience more personal and enjoyable. We had an amazing experience with our guide Ken. He was both an amazing your guide and also went the extra mile to take our pictures. We were a small group that day so he was also the one manning the vehicle and explaining the different places as we went along. The entire tour was a relaxing and culturally enriching experience. I would definitely recommend this your.

Leaving a positive review because of Jack, our tour guide. He was an exceptional guide; his patience and clear communication of instructions before our trip immediately set a wonderful tone. And throughout the tour, he was incredibly engaging, making the experience both educational and enjoyable with his enthusiastic storytelling. His tips and historical insights added depth to our visit, enriching our understanding of Busan and Gyeonju''s rich culture and history. As for the tour, it did save us time. Our tour group had a senior and a child but despite of that we were able to follow our itinerary. I highly recommend this small group tour.

I gave this 5 stars for the spirit of the driver who was just a sweet grandpa. He didn’t speak English but was so chatty wanting to share so much and help us. I was on Google translate the whole car ride. Now just understand this may not be for everyone. The driver doesn’t speak English so you need to be willing to use a translater. The contracted driver did not give us a contact number or a specific location (just taxi parking lot which we went to but he wasn’t there). I only received a number plate part in Korean, a Korean name and they would not tell me what the car looks like. With such vague details I was a little worried. They told us to call the provider if I couldn’t find the driver but none of our internet would work. it stressed me for about 20 mins. Fortunately two kind strangers helped me out and when I did get internet connection the company was trying to call me on WhatsApp. The strangers spoke to the company and looked after me till the driver found me. This was unecessary stress so they should provide a contact number of the driver and the right location, or the driver should communicate directly with us through WhatsApp instead of through a third party. fortunately the rest of the day went really well and the driver was so lovely. He offered to guide us through the temple and take our photos. He was a happy Chappy and we enjoyed.

it was an awesome tour arranged by Irene! our guide & driver Mr. Austin was highly knowledgeable and kept guiding us throughout our trip. He could speak good English as well and flexible diring the trip to modify the itnerary depending on our choices as we travelled with teenagers. overall an awesome and fun-filled trip in Busan 👍🏻

The tour guide Ahn Jung-hee is attentive and gentle. She provides many private attractions for everyone and also helps to take photos. It is really suitable for the first day of the red-eye flight.
