It's easy to exchange tickets, there are not many people, and you can touch a lot of marine life. The children had a great time. The parking lot charges 800 yen.

Buying tickets here is not particularly cheap, but it is very convenient and you can earn credit card rewards, and the tickets will also come with a small bag of feed for the bears.

J.T. was our tour guide, and message us 1 day before the tour regarding which bus stop we are meeting at. He is very knowledgeable and multilingual. This tour is great because we were able to visit 3 different places on the same day. You have the option end the tour at Otaru, if you wish to stay longer at Otaru, instead of going back to Sapporo with the tour bus. Highly recommend this tour.
