If you want to simply visit places outside Sapporo city, you can choose, but the drive is far and the stay will not be too long. You can consider taking off the tour in Otaru.

Although the park may seem small, it offers many attractions. Even on the day we visited, when the theme park section wasn’t open, there was plenty to see and do. You can easily spend at least 4 hours there. It’s very interesting and fun—even we adults enjoyed it! This is definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area. Highlights include the dolphin show, sardine performance, penguin walk, and seal show. There’s also a large castle housing the marine park, which feels quite mystical and enchanting.

The zoo is not big, and the main attraction is watching bears. If you are interested in related performances, it would be a good choice. In addition, there is a top-floor observation deck with a good view, where you can take pictures.

Though we only spend one night here, we enjoyed our Noboribetsu experience, also it is our first time joining other people in a bath completely naked. it was all ok as it didn't feel awkward at all. There are different onsen pools you can choose but we never dared to go to the outdoor onsen pool as it is freezing cold outside 🤣 there are provided yukatas you can wear. we have tattoos so we are not allowed, but we told the staff recommended for us to check the pool area first if there are a lot of people, if there are few we can go without covering our tattoos, and good thing there are almost no people so we had the pool area for ourselves worry-free.

The bear ranch is not big, but the bears are very cute. There are performances and you can feed the bears. The scenery on the cable car is also very good. Unfortunately, the lake view behind is not clear due to heavy snow.

Sister Xiao Yang’s service attitude is very good and she likes to bring people to him. She is also very good, humorous and enthusiastic to help others. I look forward to having the opportunity to bring him to him next time❤️
