We had a great time. Our tour guide, William, did a brilliant job! He was accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, we could not go to the temple as it was raining and fog was so thick. Overall, the tour package was all worth it.

It was a nice experience. We got to Batu Caves in slightly rainy weather, but the view compensated for it. In Genting Highlands, it is up to you how you spend the time; the tour guide will just tell you the meet-up point and time. We used the VIP pass c/o our tour guide; we don't need to line up.

The tour was great! There was quite a bit of time between the Sky Mirror and feeding the eagles, so we had plenty of time to kill. I think it's perfect for people who can take a leisurely stroll! I didn't understand much about the Blue Tears, so I thought it might be okay if I didn't go there. But it was all a unique experience, so it was fun (*^^*) The guide was very kind to us throughout the long tour, so I was grateful!
