The setting is private, I was mostly the only customer there. The hair wash is in a separate room. This was a special HKD680 price which was reasonable. The location is a 5 min walk from the mtr. I liked the scalp analysis in the beginning; the scalp massage was very soothing and relaxing. at the end there was a simple blow out so you can leave the spa with nice hair. The treatment time was just shy of the 75 min description, was more like an hour.

Perfect The feeling you get after the scalp massage and treatment is just great It took us around 40-60 minutes so wasn’t a very long experience but worth it Would’ve liked to see how the scalp looked after but didn’t get the chance

Kimmy's gestures were good, and her complexion was glowing after the facial. After introducing the package, she bought 4 facials and 6 eye surgeries (because she wanted to try pierced eyes) with a 15% discount.

I tried the newly opened beauty salon for the first time, and I felt that the environment was comfortable and clean. There are 4 kinds of massage oil flavors you can choose by yourself. The massage therapist gestures so comfortable and attentively. You feel comfortable in the middle of the process. The focus is not hard sell. After the body is estimated, you can drink soup with a beautiful scenery ☺ has an appointment. Do it with my mother next time 👍🏻 Really recommend!

The staff was friendly and informative. I was able to know more about the condition of my scalp. The treatment was soothing and relaxing enough for me to sleep which I needed. Overall experience was great. I will definitely go back again. Thank you!

Service was very thorough and the best part is you get your own private room. You begin with a consultation and checking the condition of your scalp. Before the consultation started, unfortunately they tried to upsell to another treatment without even performing the consultation. Afterwards keeping the original treatment, the process began and it was very soothing with cleansing and scalp mask followed by hair wash and serum, finished off with a blow dry. There was further introduction of the products and services they offer so including combs, various shampoos conditioners hair oils, and the different packages. The sales person did clarify she is not saying I must purchase it all but there was definitely quite intense sales pitch there. Given the actual treatment was really good, I still walked away with a bag of products and a package under the belt.

The environment is clean and the service is polite and hygienic. Reception was quick, no wait, good haircut skills.
