first of all, ken has such a warm and welcoming personality!! him making the whole day trip so memorable, and if we had questions,he didnt hesitate to give us honest opinions, and he really did help us alot, also the lunch was the best meal ever. 🫶🏻

We managed to book the tour last minute,the day before.We went to Sun and Moon Lake the scenery is very relaxing and riding the boat makes it more fun.The tour guide Peter is also very joyful and always sharing all the information regarding places and foods.We had a wonderful time.Thank you Peter.

it was a good trip. Had a good time. The cable car was down for repair and maintenance due to the typhoon. so they replace it chocolate factory instead. got to know abit more of the process of the chocolate.

I will recommend this tour , if you like to see the nature, sea , hike and cycling. Morning at Sun Moon Lake , around 2 hrs cycling around the lake after lunch. Wenwu Temple next and end the trip with beautiful Sunset at Gaomei. Take note boat ticket and bicycle rental not included. The transport is luxury 8 seated and very comfortable, driver is friendly too !

Very complete excursion to Sun Moon Lake. Thanks to our guide Lisa, we were able to better understand the place and learn more about Taiwanese culture. The journey from our hotel went very smoothly thanks to our great driver. And the meal was very varied and of quality.

Overall a smooth experience. easy and cost effective way to travel to cultural village (especially for 2 pax). The guide is helpful and fluent in English and Chinese. The village is huge and crowded. many rides to play and a few cherry blossoms left.

Our guide Nicholas is absolutely amazing. No awkward silences no dull moments. Very knowledgeable. He was able to provide such a chill tour that doesn't drain you. Highly recommend.

The tour guide is very active in listening to everyone's opinions, but it would be better if they could know more about the time required for each attraction (for example, the Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village is suitable for half a day or more before you have enough time to enter). Due to limited time, improper choices may cause the trip to be a little rushed.
