Nijo Market is a famous fish market right in the middle of Sapporo. As you walk through the narrow paths, you’ll see lots of small restaurants and stalls selling all kinds of fresh seafood. One dish you have to try is the seafood bowls. It usually has salmon roe, sea urchin, and snow crab on top of soft rice. These rice bowls are a great way to taste the freshest seafood the market has to offer. You can also buy great local ingredients here, whether you're looking for top-notch seafood, fresh vegetables, or Hokkaido’s special dairy products. It’s also close to cool spots like the Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park, so it’s easy to include in your day of exploring Sapporo. Whether you want to try the freshest bites or you’re searching for unique local gifts, this market has something for everyone. Plan a trip and enjoy the exciting flavors and culture at Sapporo's Nijo Market!

Showing the QR code to enter is very convenient and fast. The exhibition hall has three floors, and the penguins are the most impressive. They can watch them up close and feed them, which is very worthwhile.

Chartering your own car gives you the freedom. You can decide your own itinerary and how long you want to stay. You don’t have to catch a train like you would with a tour group. You just have to take a photo and get on the bus as soon as possible. If the air tickets are easy to get, the van may actually be better than the tour group in five days. Still a good deal

I ordered A5 Wagyu Sukiyaki, and the waiter helped wash the first slice and put the vegetables on the plate. The beef was coated in egg wash and was tender and delicious. You can also order different meats in the A5 set meal, which is worth recommending!
