Joining the sunset tour at Uluru was an unforgettable highlight of my trip to Australia. Watching the sun set over Uluru is a magical experience-the way the colors of the rock changed from bright red to deep purple as the light faded was breathtaking. The tour guide was knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights into the cultural significance of Uluru to the local Anangu people, which added a meaningful layer to the experience. After the sunset viewing, we enjoyed a beautifully set dinner under the stars. The atmosphere was incredible, with candles and soft lighting creating a cozy and intimate feel in the vast outback. The dinner was delicious, offering a selection of traditional Australian dishes, including kangaroo and crocodile, alongside a variety of fresh salads and sides. There was something for everyone, and everything was prepared with care and flavor. One of the highlights was the stargazing session after dinner. Being in such a remote area meant the night sky was incredibly clear, and we could see the Milky Way in all its glory. The guide pointed out constellations and shared stories about the stars from an Indigenous perspective, which was both educational and mesmerizing. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Uluru. It's a perfect combination of natural beauty, cultural learning, and a wonderful dining experience under the stars. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

very useful audio guide, especially for family with little kids who cannot follow the rushing schedules of local tours. this audio guide allows us to explode the national park at our own pace. it provides lots of extra information about animals and plants found along the walks. we wouldn’t try the wattle seed ice cream in the resort if the audio guide didn’t mention. we never feel bored with this audio guide. locations very accurate too.

Getting to Uluru from Alice Springs is a long journey in itself. Try to experience the uncanny workmanship of nature in the sparsely populated Australian desert, and enjoy the rich Aboriginal mythology shared by the tour guide. It will definitely make your tired mind and body feel more fulfilled~

This tour is very well organised. The coach arrived on time and picked us up at 5:15AM. During the transit, the local guide shares the history of the field of light exhibition and was very informative and interesting. The tour first brought us to the viewing platform so that we knew where was the location to see the Urulu sunrise. While the driver was setting up the breakfast, Caroline, the local guide, guided us to walk through the field of light, giving us enough free time to take photoes. She also shared some great photo taking tips, and offered to help take photoes for us. The local guide, Caroline, was very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. She was very attentive to details, and provided very clear instructions for us to get the most out of the experience. I highly recommend this tour because you can see a lot of different scenes. It covered the Field of Light under the moon light, Field of light sunrise, Urulu sunrise, and you can see Kita Tjuta with the moon at a distance. I was very close to getting 2 great photos. Firstly, I could have taken the Field of Light sunrise with a Urulu background. To do this, I will have to wait in the Field of light until I see the urulu sun rise. However, I went up to the viewing platform too early so I missed the chance. Secondly, I could have taken a better picture of an urulu sunrise on the left in the same photo with Kita Tjuta with the moon on the right if I can stay on the left side of the viewing platform at the sand dune. Perhaps, as an experience, you can only prioritise one over the other. If you stay in the field of light too long, you may not be able to find a good spot to take urulu sunrise with Kita Tjuta. If you go up to the viewing platform too soon, you will miss out on the field of light with a Urulu sunrise background. Anyway, so far, I think this tour offers a very good value on seeing the Urulu sunrise, because it covers additionally the field of light, viewing Kita Tjuta at a distance and included a breakfast (hot tea, coffee, biscuits).

The activity included stargazing with a telescope. The tour guide and hardware equipment were very professional. They also thoughtfully provided us with blankets to keep us warm from the cold. The most amazing thing was the photo with the Milky Way. The whole trip was very valuable!
