The tour guide Chen Meifang is really very professional, enthusiastic and patient ❤️We took care of the beautiful scenery throughout the trip and asked us to take pictures quickly so as not to miss the best time to take pictures. We were also given ice cream for free🍦It was delicious! Along the way, we were also told about the history, culture, food, etc. of Hokkaido. We were very satisfied with this trip😍

The driver is Japanese and he is very kind and amiable. He greets you in Japanese every time you get on and off the car. The itinerary is good: The view restaurant at Lake Tono is beautiful. The bears in Showa Shinzan and Bear Ranch are very cute. You can also feed them and they will interact with us and greet us. When we can throw cookies, he will pick them up with his mouth and hands (7- 8-year-old cute 🐻 bear) Noboribetsu Jigokudani has beautiful scenery, and (Jiajia leader) will also take us to take photos of the logo. I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide, Lisa, is very helpful and friendly. She is particular with departure time and made sure that we were the first group to leave for the next location that's why we were able to savor the location with fewer people for a while. Noboribetsu is kind of hard to DIY so this is why I do not mind the fast-paced tour. If you're someone who wants a little more time to wander around then I suggest to hire a private tour.
