The tour guide Alicia is very professional and will explain the historical background of Alishan to us along the way. She is also very patient and will wait for tourists who are lagging behind along the way. Alishan is so beautiful. Seeing it with my own eyes really shocked me. Will come again next time!

A small group tour that is very value for money. The tips given by our guide, Tom was great. Car ride was also very comfortable with free bottled water for all passengers. Would recommend anyone to go for this tour. :)

It was raining on the day of departure, and I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t see the sea of clouds. The scenery in Alishan is really beautiful. I really recommend everyone to go on a one-day tour. The drive to and from Taichung takes about 7 hours, but it’s worth a visit!

Definitely one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip! Our tour guide contacted us a day before via Whatsapp and gave clear instructions for the day ahead. He was also our driver and picked us up at the hotel on time. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Alishan forest through our tour guide's stories and trivia and loved that the tour was set to our pace. We were lucky to see the sea of clouds mid-day, which we were told rarely happens. He was very warm and welcoming and kept the tour very interactive. More than that, he was also our photographer and knew to ocassionally take our photos throughout the tour, which were very good! He introduced us to the delicacies of Alishan and assisted us in buying our tickets and food throughout the day. Since we were able to finish our itinerary earlier, our tour guide gave us the opportunity to visit a tea farm and experience a tea ceremony and taste authentic Alishan tea right by the farm, at no extra cost! We learned about the tea making process and the different types of tea Alishan has to offer. My family loved the added side trip and how lovely and kind the people were at the farm. If you're a family looking to have a more personalized experience of Alishan, I definitely recommend choosing to book the private tour.

Mr Liber provided an amazing experience for our first trip in Alishan. Administrative matters such as checking-in our hostels, getting our tickets or transitioning from place to place were handled smoothly. He showed great hospitality to our group, extending the effort to show us additional picturesque places not included in the tour. With that being said, understanding some Chinese would be apt, otherwise it would be wise to look for another guide, or state it explicitly when booking.

The tour guide Alicia is very good, explains clearly and takes good care of the group members. The weather is very good today, Alishan is very comfortable, the sea of clouds, the giant tree forest and the sister pool are all beautiful, and we even took the train! Although the drive from Taichung is quite far, taking 3 hours, it is well worth it!

Alicia She is the Tour Guide for the Alishan Tour. It was a pleasure to meet her and travel to Aisan with her. She guided us delicately and meticulously, and explained to the foreign locals in English and Chinese. She is a veteran guide who perfectly tells us where to take pictures and the time of the points!
