Alishan tours

Mr. Cook probably is the most energetic and friendly guide I'ver met. Very enthusiastic and prolific on his knowledge of Alishan (history, attractions, trees and he tell good jokes too XD ). He's also an extremely organized and prepared guide. He prepared me ahead of the tour and even texted me the night before the tour. Also a great photographer. There's a lot of things he did for us but I can only right as much. Booking a tour with a guide like him is the best decision ever!!

My first time ever join one day tour through KLOOK..we were so impressed with the administration ,tour guide,vehicle and itinerary. The tour was value for money and definitely we were so happy and looking forward to tour again with KLOOK.

Very insightful tour. We were the only group so the driver can focus better. Quite a lot of walking and climbing involved. Train rides at alishan is worth it. You can change the ticket to return a trip from Alishan to Zhao Ping if you want to avoid the long walking to Shen Mu.

This was hands down one of the best tours I've been on! Our tour guide Ken was extremely knowledgeable, funny and spoke great English. We got to explore all of Alishan and took some amazing photos. The tour included tea tasting at one of the local breweries and it was delicious! Would 100% recommend this tour.

The guide was friendly and the food was hearty and delicious! (The weather was late December) It was chillier up there than I expected, so a coat is a must. The review photos focused on photos of the dense forest, but there was more to see at the top of Arasan than I expected. Alleys, stairs, cats, small temples, etc. It may be difficult for very young children because the distance is quite long. It was fun to hang out at the arrival location and I took close to 500 photos to keep as memories with my friends. It was great because there were a lot of photo spots! I think it's suitable for couples, friends, couples, or for a one-day company workshop..! You can also ride a train that gives you a sense of history and is very charming. It took 2 hours on the road and 1 hour to climb from the bottom to the top of Arasan (this is the biggest hurdle...), but we took a big bus. Even though I went when the weather was nice, it was really nice to see the fog in the forest. Fortunately, the driver was very nice and I didn't get car sick even though it was a really curved road. I fainted when I came back after seeing it all. And physically, it's not that hard, so you can think of it as just a walk(?). When I came back, I still had some stamina left. I think it wasn't difficult because it was a route that slowly descended from the highest point to the bottom. Anyway, it was a trip worth taking for a day during a long trip to Taichung.

Fortunately, we met Tour Guide Lin on this trip. Thank you for taking care of us for 2 days and 1 night. We were very happy🥰 During the itinerary, we will patiently explain each scenic spot and actively share the big and small things in Taiwan. When we asked questions, she was also able to answer us, allowing us to better understand Taiwan's history and beautiful moments. I have long heard that there is Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan, and I really want to feel it. I am very lucky to come here when I was 23 years old! A good trip requires a good partner and a good guide, and luckily I have both! My best friend and I signed up for the tour and met our guide Gabe! He was very responsible and gave me a detailed introduction, which made me have a deeper understanding of Taiwan. I signed up for the three-day trip, the time arrangement was very reasonable, and I felt a lot of beautiful scenery, which I could not experience in Australia before. The first day, we went to Alishan, took a long road, on both sides of the tall trees, saw the long live tree and three generations of trees, very amazing, the tree died can also nourish the next generation to become a new life, this is perhaps the meaning of inheritance! The next day we saw the sunrise, Gabe was waiting for us at the station early and took us to the sparsely populated panoramic observation deck. Later we went to the Sun Moon Lake, which is my very deep impression of Taiwan, took a boat to see the landscape and ate tea eggs, went to a restaurant full of food in the evening, the ice cream is very delicious, the night accommodation is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is also very delicious! On the third day, Gabe took us to downtown Taichung, where we had the world's first cup of milk tea and tried sun cakes and pineapple cakes. They were delicious! Went to Gao Mei wetland in the evening to see the sunset, very beautiful! Feel the beauty of nature! We highly recommend you follow Gabe's footsteps to measure the beauty of the table!

In the hot summer, this trip was great. It felt cool to go to the mountains and the air was fresh. The driver was very attentive and introduced the features and helped take photos. Everyone had a great time.
