Mr Jan was really experienced with the information of the history of the places we visited. The waterfall was quite a walk to and from the parking but quite enjoyable. He's really good in facts and mythology. The picnic nearby the waterfall was really good. My favourite was the floating village even though it was at low season. The way of life of the local village was such a heart warming scene to take in. It makes you realize how they can be so happy with the minimal.

first and foremost, what an amazing way to end my Cambodia trip, to be part of JACK FAMILY! 😅🩵 Special shoutout to Jack/Meng for making this trip so special- from the food trips and amazing fruit tastes we had along the road, the interactions with the locals and with my co-tourists, and Jack’s amazing personality! I definitely wont forget him! special shoutout also to Sir Nak for driving us safely to and from our destination 🩵

If your expectations are based on the season, then you won’t be disappointed. I went while it was still dry (nothing floating :) and it was a great experience led by our really fun and incredibly hospitable tour guide, Tear. He is punctual, animative when he speaks, and is patient and knowledgeable. If you’re lucky to have Tear as your guide ask him to take pic of you holding the sun ;) I went on this tour to learn how a different community of Cambodians live. The visit to the market was definitely interesting to the senses and the visit to the homes and school were eye opening. Please be respectful and friendly, especially to the children who are SO excited to exchange a few words with you. This tour supports the community so don’t hesitate to join and contribute to something good!

Even though there was not enough water for this floating village tour- which sounds weird and funny:) - i had a great time with our guide Meng. His energy and knowledge, his attitude was awesome. He tired his best to make us feel comfort and enjoy the tour. He took us to the local markets, buy us local fruits and taste. After we walked in the floating village and even visited a school and talked to the cildren to improve their english:) we were like a volunteered teachers. And ofcourse in the end of the tour we had change to get a short boat trip to see the sunset on a swimming restaurant. All was amazing. Even far beyond my expectations. cause the day before i had an Anchor Wat tour from Klook and it was disappointing. So Meng made me forget all. Thank you.

Must visit when you are in Cambodia. We had a great experience exploring the floating village. We were unaware of the dry and wet season and didn’t get to use the boat in the village but walk instead since it was a dry season. We will visit again in wet season to explore the floating village actually floating. Our tour guide (happy) Tear was so fun and he made sure we were aware of the floating village history and a bit of Cambodian history as well. We also got to explore the local fruits and snacks and meet the local people and school children. It was such a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised by our hotel pickup by Tear on the exact time. The whole experience was so memorable and we had great fun.

I'm from Japan. I did some research before going, but when I saw it in front of me, it was a world that far exceeded my imagination. The water level of the river had gone down, so I walked around, and the children were running around happily. That's because the water level rises half the year and they can't run around.

"Appreciating the beauty of a place is important, but it's equally essential to acknowledge the challenges and hardships that exist alongside it. Understanding the full picture allows for a more meaningful and empathetic experience"- Harold,29 May 24. I learn a lot, thank you Meng our guide. I would like to visit again during Wet Season.
