one of the best experiences I've ever done in my life. the check in was super simple. they really take care of you. we did snorkling all day but you could up for an introduction scuba dive with no experience needed. but do make sure you do this 24h before your flight. safety was there number one priority and you get complimentary coffee and tea while you waited to get taken out to the reef. and lunch was also included which you will definitely appreciate after a couple of hours of snorkling. you can also opt for a helicopter tour at the second location and they also have a marine biologist that will do a private tour to teach you all about the reef. But honestly the spots they took us out to has so much marine life and you will not be dussapointed. I sure wasn't and I'm so happy I booked with these guys so I could tick off my bucket list. super super recommend and I will definitely book again with these guys.

This is a very well-organized tour. They give detailed explanations, rent equipment, and go snorkeling at two points. The lunch was delicious, with steak, bread, cold salad, shrimp, and grilled fish. You can also purchase photos at the end of the tour. However, the waves are quite rough, so it would be good to keep that in mind.

Green Island is very beautiful. You can simply circle the island in less than 2 kilometers. There is a chance to see turtles when snorkeling in the surrounding waters. The coral reefs are not bad. If you want to snorkel or dive, it is recommended to join the Great Barrier Reef tour. After going there, I personally think it’s okay to stay on the island, but I don’t recommend it. The flushing on the island is in the open air and not in individual compartments. You can only simply rinse with fresh water and then change clothes. There is a bit of space. The boat ride takes about 65-70 minutes. The wind and waves are not bad in the winter in July, and the temperature is comfortable. It is more than 20 degrees during the day. During the voyage, the coral reefs and island precautions will be introduced in English. There is no special tour guide, and basically you must have English communication skills. In addition, Klook's AI translation is actually not very accurate. I suggest that they should retain the original English content so that it is easier to communicate with the local check-in counter.

We love every minute of it, during the glass boating not only we saw reefs, many fishes & a black tip shark, then we joined sea walk, felt very safe, staff’s & participants ratio is like 1-1, the. we did snorkeling ourselves, that was so thrilling.

Wow - I can't express how much I enjoyed this trip even though I'm a solo traveler and don't swim well. Everythng is well organized. Even though I arrived the meeting point at 7.15, there were many people already, so better go early as you would get a seat on the second floor (i like it more than the first floor which is more busy) and snorkeling equipment before others. Even though I don't normally get seasickness and that day weather was nice, flat water, I took the medicine sold on the yacht just in case (AUD3) and glad I did since I saw some didn't look well. The crew were super friendly, funny and helpful. They conduct the briefing for each activity beforehand. For me who are not comfortable to be in the water myself, I put on the life jacket and there was a staff pulling the lifebuoy for me showing me around the reef until I was comfortable to go by myself. The most impressive moment would be the wrasse encounter! I even have photos with it twice. I also saw a shark swimming into the reef, but it was a bit far away (not my first time seeing sharks while snorkeling, but still exciting). I was lucky to get the first helicopter ride, so I could snorkel afterwards. It was a wonderful experience. I would love to try semi-submersible boat as well, but I wanted to also snorkel, so in the end I did not do it. The photos taken were awesome. I took AUD60 package and the reef & fish of the day photos are so nice. For me better than taking underwater photos myself. The lunch is ok. I don't expect much. They ran out of crackers & cheese in the afternoon, so if you don't want to miss it, you may want to grab them fast. Overall I really enjoy the experience and recommend for you to try.

Last minute and great bank holiday trip. Booking was easy with the app. When we arrived, check in was quick and the friendly service from all staff was noted. Nice to have staff who knew their stuff, and one was Irish which was a bonus, lol… Recommended to others already and would go back. The beach itself at Whitehaven was paradise. The water was fabulous and the sand magnificent. Seen some Australian wildlife as well, including spiders and a Guana which was awesome.

😄Smooth trip: go to the pier 1 hour in advance to report the ticket exchange. It takes about 45 minutes to sail to Green Island at 10:30. If you don’t get off the boat and go to the Great Barrier Reef, it will take another hour, which is quite time-consuming in transportation. The equipment is OK, but I don’t have snorkeling clothes for a small person, and I can’t find suitable fins, so I go into the water barefoot. Very beautiful environment, many fish, big fish can be seen on the coral reef, but some of it has been bleached, which is a pity. Lunch was good, wish there were more dishes and variety. It would be better if you spend more time snorkeling. The windows of the semi-snorkeling boat are too dirty and dirty to see clearly. Others are very good.

I saw sea turtles in the glass boat, and the semi-submarine boat saw it much more clearly than the glass boat, but the space was closed and it was easy to get seasick. Overall, it's worth it. Our whole family doesn't like to bask in the sun or go into the water. This choice just allows us to see the bottom of the sea up close. The air-conditioning on the boat is very good. We can enjoy the beautiful scenery without getting too hot from the sun. We are very satisfied.
