It was great that I could cook 4 dishes of my own choice, and it was a great experience to learn about various ingredients and cooking methods. I was able to learn a lot about Thai food by showing various vegetables at a nearby market and tasting them.

It felt like a Japanese day-trip bathing facility. There were many baths and two types of saunas. Itoen barley tea was available for free. It was spacious and nice. Massages require reservations, but you can easily do this by email. The treatment was not bad. After the treatment, I was given Khao Niam Ma Muang.
