If you have hundreds or thousands star, i would give more. i feel like i don't wanna go home. The RuMa is like a home to me. Clean, calm, the interior is so my taste, the staff all are super nice friendly and kind, the check in check out process was so fast, clear, helpful and easy, the breakfast was good and me & husband doesn't want to leave it. Hehe. Thank you for everything. I will come again for sure 🙏🏻🥰

the staff are very assistive. the loft was okay though cleaning is made by request and not automatic daily. its good for people who spend more time partying than touring. 10min walk to the closest mrt bukit bintang stn. you can walk to pavillion mall. no toiletries and coffee or tea. the long table outside the hall acts like a workplace.

Stayed at this fantastic MOV hotel with breathtaking views of KLCC, TRX, and Pavilion towers – absolutely superb! The room ambiance was cozy and modern, making it feel like a true getaway in the heart of KL.
Just a heads up: there’s no parking inside the building itself, so you’ll need to use a nearby parking area for RM31 per night. Not too bad, though, for the convenience of the location.
One of the highlights? The slide from the main floor down to Basement 1, which leads to a fun play area – such a unique touch! The pool closes at 10 PM, but the rooftop area stays open until midnight, perfect for capturing those night views of the city skyline. Make sure you bring your camera to capture the incredible sights from your room too. Highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in KL!

The room is very beautiful in design and clean. The bathtub is very big. And the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
