loved the tour . totally worth it. the waterfall is amazing. if you can, opt for sleeping in jiufen, it makes a difference. it’s very easy to go back to Taipei by bus or taxi

James is really nice, enthusiastic and patient. The explanation is very detailed and the service is very considerate. He took us to see many beautiful scenery. We really like him. Every time he would drive the car over in advance so that we can walk less, which is really considerate. This experience is really good and we are very satisfied👍

our tour guide is bruce. he is friendly and courteous during our trip. we have pleasant experience even though the weather is not on our side that day 🥲the only comment is if we have options to choose menu for lunch would be nice (within budget of the package)

Our guide/driver, Vincent, was outstanding! He arrived early and knew all the good places to park and secret places to go. It was like having a cultural, historical, and food tour all in one. He showed us all the best spots to photograph and eat and gave us free time to wander around on our own. Vincent is obviously very experienced and knows these sites very well, which made it relaxing for us as we did not have to think about anything. Thanks to Vincent we had a wonderful day!
