Things to do in Old Summer Palace Garden

A must visit place in Beijing. Be prepared with snack/drink if you purchase the Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace day tour because both of this place is big. Our tour guide is bob, very informative and he will always tell us where to take the best photos. I don't have wechat account but not to worry because they can contact you via whatsapp acount a day before the tour to confirm the meeting point. Overall it's a good experience and i'm looking forward to book from klook for my next trip.

张国星 tour guide very professional. Communicated well the day before. Couldn’t think of a better way to visit the Forbidden City. The advantage of this tour is that it is in the afternoon and no need to rush. MUST join a tour! If not, you are just looking at similar structures. You need to hear the history behind it to make the visit worthwhile. Strongly suggest to join this tour.

We had an amazing experience on our tour of the Great Wall of China and the Summer Palace, thanks to our guide, Jonathan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the historical significance of each site in a clear and engaging way. Jonathan made the tour not just informative, but also enjoyable with his friendly attitude and attention to detail. We learned so much and truly appreciated his insights. Highly recommended!

fantastic show and atmosphere. the last dish which is longevity noodles are made and cooked live on stage, then serve immediately.

v interesting experience for the skit and performances. food was delicious too.. VIP gets you front row seats but do note costume experience is seperate fee and not included in the VIP package (felt that the package details could have been clearer as it was rather confusing) and the local operator Sally was not very helpful too. her responses were very short and simply answered yes/no to the questions we asked without much elaboration.

Bob was a good tour guide and brought us safely despite huge crowds due to a domesitc holiday. We started at temple of east, spent about 2 hours there. Then we went to Qianmen St for lunch. After that, we went to Summer Palace for 2 more hours and were dropped off at Nanluoguxiang St. Plenty of walking involved but nothing that is too taxing. recommend this tour.

The arrangement is very good. The number of people in the group is about ten. The tour guide Bob is knowledgeable and explains the Summer Palace and Chinese history in detail. It is worth participating

the food taste normal but the staff are very friendly.overall is a good experience ….. things to take note. •costume need to rent separately and doesn’t comes with sizes • staff will help you apply make up but they don’t provide fake eyelashes so be sure to bring along your own fake eyelashes
