Klook’s colleagues are so considerate and helpful to solve my issue. And finally get it solved. We appreciated the team’s effort! It made us believe klook is a safe travel platform, and we will keep using it in our future travel.

It was a fun zoo full of nature. You can take your time looking around in 3 hours. The area where the animals live is large, so it can be hard to find them. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the platypus. The gorillas weren't there around 2pm, but they came at 4:30pm. They might be there depending on the time of day.

A great halfday walk, most of the animal enclosures are very close up. You can almost touch some of the animals (please do not do it)

The park is very large, the map route is clearly marked, the rest area is large, and there is a play area for children to play. The animals are very close to us, and the giraffe is so big that it is amazing. It is worth visiting again!

Melbourne's zoos/Moonlight Wildlife Sanctuaries each have their own characteristics. Melbourne Zoo is more diverse, and the package includes the option of getting up close and personal with koalas. It’s just that you can’t actually touch a koala in Melbourne (not allowed by law), so those who want to touch a koala may need to find out which states are legal before going.
