The hotel environment is clean and comfortable. BBQ food quality is better than expected. The front desk service attitude is very good. The price of ordering on Klook is the same as the official website and you can still get points!

For birthdays, we proactively upgrade the room, give birthday balloons and delay check-out👍🏻. The dinner buffet lacks Boston lobster compared to the first meal, and uses lobster lobster and bread crab instead.

It's a good time to go to the rooftop swimming pool at dusk in October. The sunset is stunning and the landscape is open. I got a room upgrade for my birthday and sat on the terrace at night, which was quiet and comfortable.

Fully value for money, upgraded to a terrace room, but promised a birthday cake when I took the room, then asked the other one and said there was no delivery, but there would be a birthday decoration

WM hotel is first-class in terms of food, accommodation and staff services. Instead of eating at the buffet at night, we went to the isolated restaurant to order a la carte. All the dishes were delicious and the buffet breakfast was of the standard it should be. Special mention goes to the staff who are very helpful and make me feel at home. Finally, the hotel has a free shuttle to and from Hang Hau Station, which is very convenient.
