whole process was convenient and luggage counter was easy to find. Counter staff was clear and the delivery was fast.

The storage counter was easy to find, with clear instructions, and the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. They made sure my fragile items were well cared for, and even accommodated my request to retrieve my luggage earlier than planned. My only suggestion would be to offer an option to drop off luggage in Terminal 1 and pick it up in Terminal 2 (or vice versa) even for an additional fee. Overall, a great experience!

check in was smooth and the place was regularly cleaned. no bathroom inside but it's near. the food is also great. there's wine!

I was quite worried because I hadn't received any contact until the day before, but after I left it at the front desk on the day, I received a confirmation of receipt via my SNS, and I was able to receive it without any problems.

Great service to use if you are travelling at a later flight and don't want to carry your luggage around, especially when there are so many stairs around Korea. The booth in terminal 1 was a bit far but easily found.

Hi i am traveller from Indonesia. We had Jay Kim as oyr tour guide. What a perfect companion on my 1st landing in ICN. He is so interactive friendly and explaining the place we've passed. Jay has a well manner & polite speaking even for a joke. I like that. He was willing to wait for me when i was on the line of out immigration & wifi SK counter for a minute. On the way to hotel, Jay treated us with a welcome drink, korean banana milk. What a warm welcome from Jay to us. Trully appreciate it.
