Yes, however, reservation cancellation and refunds are only possible via Klook. Chat with us online by accessing your Bookings page > Select the booking > Look for the "Chat with us" button.

If you wish to change to another train or activity, please cancel your existing reservation and book again.

Please also note that cancellations/refunds cannot be done at the train station.
