What should I do if I can't view a voucher received through KakaoTalk?
A: Please make sure your account is the same as the one you used when making your reservation.
Such an issue can happen if your login email address and the email address linked to Kakao Talk do not match. On the login screen, you can check your reservation details normally by logging in using the login method you previously used when making a reservation.
For example, if you signed up for Klook using your email address (phone number), you can log in by clicking ‘Email address (phone number)’.
If you want to log in with your Kakao Talk account, please link Kakao Talk as your login method.
- Klook web: Profile in the upper right corner > Login method management > KakaoTalk linkage
- Klook app: MY Klook at the bottom > Settings > Login method management > KakaoTalk linkage
