- The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date
- In case of bad weather such as typhoons and blizzards, the cancellation of the tour will be decided 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) and will be notified by email at any time afterwards

Since this trip cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses. - If children under 3 years old need to occupy a seat, please buy a ticket. The price is the same as that of adults, and you need to make a note. If you want to hold your child without occupying a seat, the car model will be determined 2-4 days before the trip to inform you whether you need to buy a ticket (according to Japanese traffic laws, small vehicles cannot hold children, and children must sit in seats). You can place an order for the number of adults first and note the number of children, and then make up if necessary.
- Use car model: dispatch a car according to the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, we will arrange a driver and a car attendant to provide full-time travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note

- After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers themselves
