Ahmed was very knowledgeable about the history and facts which kept us interested in the tour. He is fluent in both Malay and English which would make it easier to converse with him. He was friendly and on time for the tour. Unfortunately Mossy Forest is closed until early September but the other support team addressed that concern before the trip and provided us options as alternatives. Overall highly recommended tour.

It was great tour! A lot of fresh air and beautiful nature in Cameron! Trip took around 4h to the first tea place. Also temperature there is lower (veeeery nice), so is better to take some warm jacket. Mr. Raja brought me to a lot of interesting places and give all necessary information. During holidays was quite busy with a lot of ppl, but never the less highly recommend to go!

We really enjoyed this Day Tour and would recommend it (even though it is rather pricey). It was a great experience. For us the organisation worked well. As promised we received the details about our driver the day before via email and our driver Raja was very on time to pick us up. He was very friendly, explained a lot but also let us sleep when we were tired. The ride to and back from the park is 3,5 to 4 hours but it didn't feel bad. At the park we had Amal as our guide, who was also very friendly and explained so many things to us about the nature in the park and living of the indigenous people. He is a really good guide. We started with a short hike in the jungle to Teresek Hill (2,5km), then canopy walk and lunch at a floating restaurant. I didn't think the hike is too tough and quite often there are planks to walk on. But it's still humid and steep, so it was still a bit exhausting. If you want to go with kids you might have to do less walking depending on their age and you should be sure they will really like the canopy walk. We had a couple of kids in front of us who were quite afraid, so it took them a while. After lunch we first went to a small village of the local indigenous people who explained how to use a blow pipe and start fire. Then we went on the rapid shooting boat trip. You basically go with a boat on a river with some rapids, so it is a bumpy ride with water splashing into the boat. It was great fun and we really enjoyed it after the day in the heat. But we also got completely soaked, so I was happy we brought some clothes to change. We kept our valuable and shoes in a plastic bag, so you only need a towel and new clothes. I was surprised this is not mentioned in the tour description and would recommend Klook to add this. Also, even though we left at 5.30 and returned around 20.00 there is only lunch planned. Our driver offered to stop along the way at McDonalds but there is no real breakfast or dinner planned. So I also recommend to bring some snacks for this.
