Klook Staycation Awards 2021 provides an opportunity to accomplish and recognize hotels that received positive reviews on Klook platform in 2021. It was difficult to travel abroad in 2021 and Staycation became “New Normal” for Hongkongers. Klook started to promote staycation in March 2020 and selected over 100 staycation packages to let our users have a taste of vacation. Klook Staycation Awards 2021 provides an opportunity to accomplish and recognize hotels that received positive reviews on the Klook platform in 2021.
Judging Criteria
Klook Staycation Awards 2021 provides an opportunity to accomplish and recognize hotels that received positive reviews on Klook platform in 2021. There will be two categories, 12 themed awards (Klook Professional Judgement Award, Best New Hotel Award, Best Luxury Hotel Award, Best Family Hotel Award, Best Catering Award, Best Design Hotel Award, Best Romantic Hotel Award, Best Service Hotel Award, Best Themed Hotel Award, Best Pet-friendly and Family Hotel Award, Best Harbour View Award, Klook's Choice Hotel). Klook uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the awards honorees. It takes into account the reviews and opinions submitted by users on Klook, Klook Travel Experience Creator points, and Travel Specialists points.
12 Themed Awards
To qualify for the 12 Themed Awards, a hotel must maintain an overall star rating of at least 3.8 out of five (until 31st December 2021 23:59 GMT+8). Klook then takes into account the reviews and opinions submitted by users, and arranges Klook staff as mystery shoppers to the selected hotels forming Klook Travel Experience Creator points. At the same time, also have Siu C, Benedict Yuen, Facebook Public Group as special judges forming Travel Specialists points. To qualify for the Klook Professional Judgement Award, a hotel must maintain an overall star rating of at least 4.3 out of five, have a minimum number of 800 reviews (until 31st December 2021 23:59 GMT+8).

From check in to check out are six-star enjoyment! A waiter took us to the room and gave an intimate explanation. The room is a premium sea-view room with a 100% view of Hong Kong, and you can fall asleep watching the sea-view at night. The signature bathroom is indeed well-deserved, and it is actually more shocking than the photos. During the epidemic, the care kit was also intimately sent. The dinner set at the butterfly room and the semi-buffet breakfast at HOLT'S cafe. The catering and service are also top-notch. The whole journey is full of enjoyment!

I stayed here with my brother together with his wife and 2 children. We had a blast. The children had a great time at the pool and at the playroom area. Tye rooms were cleaned abs spacious. The buffet breakfast was top notch. The thing that I appreciated the most was the cakes for my niece and brother’s birthday. The cakes were beautiful and delicious. I just absolutely love MO! They are the best hotel which offers outstanding service, going above and beyond! The housekeeping is excellent! The staff are so well trained that they are consistent and know how to look after you. My stays here are super relaxing and I definitely feel pampered! The hairy crab buffet is most certainly the only time in my life I would say is the time I have eaten the most crabs in one go! I was pleasantly surprised with a piece of birthday cake for the dinner buffet! The variety of desserts are amazing too! I think their breakfast buffet was not so good as they just had too many different types of milk and less choice of food. The bathtubs are fantastic for bubble baths! The toiletries make perfect souvenirs too!😃😁 This time Steve, definitely went above my expectation and really looked after my concerns and made me even have a greater impression on just how MO is the BEST! Excellent service! Excellent sea-view! Firstly, we experienced a very professional and warm check-in services. We were given a small gift: 2 boxes of 2-piece chocolate. I like them much as they tasted good. Secondly, room service is good. Before our dinner, We were asked if we needed any supplementary bottles of Evian. Thirdly, the 3-course dinner was well served. The soup was delicious. Especially, I liked the dessert. Fourthly, there were a great variety of food in the buffet breakfast. The deep-fried Japanese beef patty tasted best, I think. This was a memorable trip for my 14 years old doggy who’s the first time to travel to the hotel. Hotel staff are ok, friendly with pets. They prepared all usable items I need for my dog like bowls, some dog foods, absorbing mat, cleaning use items. The set of snoopy souvenirs are beautifully cute. The view of my room is also nice that have some sea view. The outdoor eating area is wonderful where I can bring my dog there to enjoy the snoopy tea sets together.
