The highlight of my stay was definitely the Sky Spa. Located on the top floor, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. relaxing in the sauna, the ambiance was nothing short of serene. Watching the view from the rooftop sky spa area was magical and incredibly relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

This is a great hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are modern and spacious. The buffet breakfast is fantastic as well. The location is not the best but the hotel provides free shuttle bus service to Osaka station every 15 minutes to and back. Will definitely stay here again if we go back.

top notch service and near to Umeda station. Love the hot stone and public bath has individual tub. Bed is comfortable and clean.

The room is clean and the location is good. There are a lot of places to eat downstairs. They don't provide bottled water.ㅜㅜ

Room is a bit bigger compared to other hotels. breakfast is also good and since their cafe is quite small, you need to do reservation.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Incredibly close to Fukushima Station with the Osaka Loop Line to get to Universal Studios or to Osaka Station. Room was more spacious than expected. Free WiFi and bottled water / fresh towels daily. Would happily book again.

The location is very convenient, there is a bathhouse available, the price is relatively cheap, and there are many restaurants and izakayas nearby, which is great.

The hotel location is so good. It’s near umeda station and Osaka station which i think is so convenient for the tourists. 😁😊
