A fun day out. The weather is good and the tour guide is in Chinese and English. A very unforgettable trip to Mount Aso. Time is a bit tight, it would be better if we stayed in the grassland longer

It should be a good trip, but the weather was not good. The crater was not open, and Kusa Senri could not see anything because of the fog. But we tasted red beef, coffee, and ice cream. When we arrived at Kurokawa, the beautiful tour guide was very dedicated to helping every guest who needed to take a hot spring to contact the hot spring pool. The explanations in Chinese and English were very fluent. When we encountered guests who were in a hurry on the way, we also thought of many ways to solve the problem. Humans are really kind.

You can go to several places in one day, especially the crater, which is difficult to go by yourself, so it is very convenient to sign up for a tour. Also, the guide Ada was friendly. In addition, it is recommended that travel agencies can allocate seats in advance, many single tours themselves sat in two seats, so that I and my family to sit separately.

The location is excellent, and it is convenient for dining and shopping. However, there is no parking lot in the hotel, so you need to park in the hotel's cooperating parking lot. If you have large luggage or are traveling with the elderly and children, it will be inconvenient and you need to find a place where it is easy to get on and off. The staff are enthusiastic and proactive in answering questions. The room is clean and tidy. It is worth visiting again!

really good tour, excellent guide who was friendly, welcoming, insightful and helpful. traffic was bad on the way home, but we were warned. well worth a visit to the castle and the crater.
