The tour guide Aaron is very responsible. Since we are a group of four, we can discuss whether we want to postpone or advance the itinerary. Next time, we will continue to use Klook's one-day itinerary, which saves us the need to transfer cars back and forth.

It is a great day tour. You can see the best touristic places in Busan in 1 day. Our tour guides were super friendly, profesional and fun, perfect english and it was great that they took us to the best photo spots. Our day was super super hot, steamy (take an umbrella and sunblock) and awesome. we highly recomend it!

Our trip was fun and smooth! Big thanks to our tour guides who made everything easy and efficient. Special mention to Zoe who accomodated our group's requests and vibes with our Pinoy humor!

We (2 adults + 1 child) had two nights in Busan and joined the tour was the best decision. We were able to visit several iconic attractions along the coast of Busan at the comfort of tour bus, which wouldn’t be possible in one day via public transportation. The Chinese-speaking tour guide Sherry was very enthusiastic and passionate about her job. We learned so much about the history and what to eat. She’s also very helpful and friendly toward my young child. My 7 year old had an instant connection with her. She took great pictures for each family, which was greatly appreciated. The other English-speaking tour guide, Bata C was very insightful as well with his local upbringing. Both tour guides did an excellent job. I highly recommend this tour.

Enter the gate directly and get on the bus, no need to exchange physical tickets, it is simple and convenient to use! The seats in the car are comfortable, but there are other passengers near the back.

It is very convenient to take the KTX from Busan to Seoul. After selecting the time, wait for someone to reply on Whatsapp, and the designated seat will be notified. Just sit down on time. When taking a bus, press the car number, then enter and look for the seat number. It will say window or aisle. There are also toilets and other instructions on the car, which is very convenient.

KTX is very convenient, there is a dedicated person to notify you of the seat number. I asked questions and they were happy to answer them. Children under 6 years old do not need to occupy a seat and can ride with adults for free.
