we were given free upgrade. we just book the cheapest room without view but we were given a room with balcony. oaks is a good hotel with complete amenities and super close to southern cross station. it is also one tram away from qv , queen victoria market, dfo etc

The wine is located in the CBD area, very close to the free tram zone, and you can also walk to the landmarks.

The counter service is attentive, the location is good, the room and facilities are clean, and the kitchen utensils are sufficient for simple cooking. The CP value is high and worth recommending.

the hostel is located at the center. the hostel is very affordable. staffs were very friendly during our stay. recommended accommodations when in Melbourne. the only downside is no elevators.

The location is great. 5 min walk from the Skybus terminal. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. There is window in the room but wasn’t able to open. The check in and out was hassle free. Highly recommend.

The hotel is new and clean, with a relatively modern style. It is beautiful and has a large space. There is a microwave, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery in the room, which is very convenient. However, the wash basin in the toilet is not convenient for washing your face, and the pantry wash basin makes it easy to hit your head after washing your face. In addition, although the room was tidied, for some reason, the bath towels were not changed even once during my four-night stay.
