it was a great experience to be able to see their elephants upclose! they're looking after a small family of 4 elephants and you can really feel that they care for their elephants. intro to the sanctuary was a tad long, but helped to set context for the rest of the visit - that we are here to observe the elephants and that the elephants would not be forced to do anything. weather wasnt on our side unfortunately so the ground was super muddy. little umbrella hats were provided though!

There are very few massages that are open until 12 o'clock, and you can make an appointment online through klook, so you don't have to call the store to make an appointment. It's very convenient.

my booking is on the first day i arrive. However my flight schedule is subjected to change due to typhoon hitting my country. I've managed to whatsapp the massage , and they have give flexible arrangement to my booking. very good and helpful. luckily at the end, my flight arrive on time, so i was able to enjoy my massage on time. after massage, there's mango sticky rice. such a good service. I did go back for 2nd one in another branch, they are really good, recommend!

great service with super nice deco in their spa center. it has a super nice fountain; it has uber pick and and drop off from our hotel. after we did the massage, it has a nice mango sticky rice! also we wrote a google review form, they gave us nice little Souvenir as well! highly recommended!
