Our guide Binh was very knowledgeable about the history of all the places we visited and made the whole trip very enjoyable. A relatively chill day trip with 2 main activities, exploring cat ba national park and kayaking around Lan Ha Bay

love this experience. staff onboard was very helpful and friendly but the best part of it was the top deck which has sunbeds, open if the weather is good (went there early jan). itinerary is better if you enjoy wet activities but lounging around is great too.

Booked through Klook and had no real issues with pickup or dropoff. Dropoff was a bit chaotic because our driver was different, and they kind of just yell out for your name. My partner has a unique name and the different locals have mispronounced it so we may have missed our callout a few times bc of this. The bus was also full so we squished onto the bus and had to get off and get on a new bus half-way, BUT in saying this, this was all smooth and in the end we got dropped off no problems.
The cruise itself, our room was really spacious, clean and nice. The crew and cruise manager Tommy were excellent and accommodating, and very fun to talk to as we were a young couple and they were a young crew. Food was good, cocktails were great.

First things first best part about the experience was Alex the guide as his charisma and joy nature kept us excited all the way through. Staff were really helpful and rooms were neat and luxurious. Karoke activity was also really fun. Cruise is luxurious indeed and all the activities were managed in really fun way.

So much fun!! Our family of 7 went and enjoyed it all. ORCHID Island was a surprise, the kids got to ride an elephant, pet animals, visit the butterfly garden, and hang out on the beach. On Monkey island we made a few hungry friends, be sure to buy lots of food at the marina, its twice as much on the island. Great value and amazing memories!!

Room is beautiful with a nice view of Halong Bay, bathtub overlooks the scenery as well. Staff is friendly as well. Dinner was good and seafood is fresh! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay. Would suggest that it will be better if there are more activities like dropping by the islands:)

it is an awesome experience and viet hai village tour at cat ba, fish spa, cycling at viet hai village is extraordinary and luch is fabulous , Overall its a good experience with serinity cruise and it is well maintainend. Pick up and drop facility by bus is aslo nice.

Everything was awesome. We got great weather as well and the food was high quality. Only issue was the transfer, which made unnecessary stops at overly expensive tourist traps. These were mandatory stops and we had to get down even after requesting to stay in the bus as our kids were sleeping.
