very cozy and quite luxurious. towels and everything was very clean. I added extra head massage and it was very good choice. Reservation made by phone call. quite spacious so no need to reserve earlier.

Love the ambience and atmosphere of the spa. Very relaxing when I first step in, which makes it very conducive for my foot reflexology treatment. Masseuse are very processional and skilled, totally no hard sell at all. Totally enjoyed the experience and will definitely return!

Eddy at Northpoint is very good with the treatment massage. I came in with tense neck and heavy head. After the treatment, my headache is gone and my body feels lighter. An enjoyable session. Only negative is the tight space in the foot massage area.
