This is my second time staying in Richmond. This time it happened to be the opening game of MLB so the room rate was a little higher, otherwise the original price would be really good for this location! Because the location is great, right outside the station, there is a super delicious Sizzler breakfast, and there is a Life supermarket downstairs where you can buy strawberries. The best thing is the Tokyo Skytree across the street, which sells everything. I highly recommend it!

I only booked a room for one day. Before checking out, I decided to extend my stay for another day and hoped to remain in the same room. I placed another order on the booking platform (KLOOK), and fortunately, I got the same room. Unfortunately, I lost access to housekeeping services, including room cleaning, towel replacement, and the provision of two bottles of drinking water. The front desk staff informed me that after check-in, drinking water could only be provided once, not daily. In reality, I had two separate bookings, and at my request, the front desk staff gave me two bottles of water, but no other housekeeping services were provided. I only booked a room for one day. the hotel location is very close to the sensoji area just across the street. very strategic. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. although the room is very minimalist 😄😄

it's our second time there. we love hop inn asakusa, nice place, staff and very accommodating and we will still book there in the future.

The hotel was clean. The location was PERFECT. Close to tourist spots and the Ginza line. The staff were very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this listing!

Good service staff, beautiful and clean hotel, Tokyo Sky view in front of the room, but the room is a bit narrow, near Asakusa station, can walk.
