Jajangmyeon Museum tours

I had a fantastic experience on this trip! Our tour guide, Teddy, was very organized and even helped arrange the seating to avoid any disputes. He explained the itinerary clearly in both English and Mandarin, which made the trip even more convenient for everyone. The tour itself was well-organized, with enough time at each destination to fully enjoy the experience. Teddy made sure we understood how to use the luge and ensured everyone’s safety. He also made sure no one was left behind. He was incredibly kind and friendly, and it was clear he genuinely cared about all of his guests. I would highly recommend this tour, largely because of him. Overall, the tour was a lot of fun! We really enjoyed the luge, and feeding the seagulls was an unexpected highlight. The trip was well-paced, not rushed, and we had ample time at each stop. I highly recommend this tour for its excellent organization and the enjoyable experience it offers.

The tour guide led us very well and was very attentive. Even though the weather was so cold, she was very enthusiastic and helped us take a lot of photos! The tour guide said that the ice we brought before was not thick enough to stand on the ice fishing. Are we lucky? 😆 I like that very much The coffee shop is very comfortable and has a nostalgic feel. It’s great for taking pictures. I ordered a cup of coffee and the bread looked very delicious and attractive, so I finally bought one and went back to the hotel to eat. 😂 It was delicious! You can also go sledding on the last trip. Exciting! It’s very convenient to join a one-day tour without having to worry about transportation!

Driver/guide, Kim was very professional and attentive with all his tour arrangements, he queued with us for the rail bike and helped take pictures for us when we busy riding. Appreciate and thankful for his thoughtfulness to re park his car nearer to the site so that we have less walking after the ride.

Two days before departure, I received an email from the local company informing me that my arrival would be postponed for one day. I immediately replied that it was OK, but strangely it was not a notification from klook. I took the initiative to ask klook customer service, and the reply was that I wanted to ask. It was strange, so I had to ask three more questions myself. It took a whole day to confirm the rescheduling. Every day when traveling abroad is precious. It was a bit disappointing to have only 2 days notice of the temporary change of time, leaving the guests confused to confirm on their own. The two places we visited during the itinerary were good for flower viewing, but I didn’t like the museum part that much. There are many places to take pictures in Chinatown, but you have to queue up for every restaurant. The outlet is a big place with many brands and restaurants, which is good. The tour guide politely explained the time and place clearly. The 7-passenger car accommodated a total of 5 of us and was comfortable. The drive from point to point is not long, with the longest fruit section being 50 minutes. Arranged

This was such a good purchase! the tour guide was very friendly and offered to take photos for you which was really nice. It was worth the money as the places we visited were not easily accessed by public transport so this tour made it easier for these places to be visited.

This is by far the most beautiful tours we have ever been. The timings per location is just right, plus the winter weather is such an experience! LILY, pur tour guide explains everything in English and in Chinese. She is such a ball of sunshine and made our trip so much easy. We forgot something at the restaurant while in Nami, and she helped us go through Nami immigration again.

A comfortable coach journey to some very historical sites - along with in depth and engaging historical background from our guide. Katie was great fun and very efficient at keeping things moving, making sure we got the most time at the various DMZ sites. Highly recommend this tour for when you are in Seoul.

Cindy Cindy Cindy was so awesome I had to spell her name thrice. Wonderful experience and a great guide! Very informative guide but felt like the dmz portion of the tour could have been a little bit longer.
