The staffs are good. It's very close to the sea. You can walk across the road to the beach. The hotel is in the same area as A One Royal Cruise.

Best hotel in Pattaya 💕- I had an incredible stay at Payaa! From the moment I arrived, the staffs are very accomodating. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Pattaya. An unforgettable experience!

It was the best room overlooking Pattaya Beach. The location is above Terminal 21, so you can easily go shopping and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the center of town by using the Sou-Teu subway, so it's very convenient. There is an outdoor pool, and when our children wanted to play after we checked out, we asked the hotel staff if they could, and they smiled and said it was fine, making it a very satisfying family trip.

Hotel is clean, location is convenient, but some room is near to the street, it affected by the opposite pub, too noisy in the midnight, others than that all are good
